Do you provide design services globally?
Yes. Design work is delivered digitally, so we can work with clients anywhere. Calls and file sharing happen over WhatsApp, email or video call.
Do you deliver printed products across India?
Yes. We offer all-India delivery for printed products. Share your pincode with your quote request and we will confirm timelines and shipping.
Can I upload my own design for printing?
Absolutely. Send print-ready files (PDF preferred, or high-resolution AI/CDR/PSD/JPG) on WhatsApp or email. We check size, bleed and colour before printing and will tell you if anything needs fixing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. Contact us for the details that apply to your order.
What do I get in a Complete Branding Kit?
A logo design, colour palette and typography, brand guidelines, and the core applications you need such as visiting cards and social media profile assets. Tell us your business and we will propose the exact scope.
How many design revisions are included?
We refine each design with your feedback until it is right. The exact number of revision rounds is confirmed in your quote so there are no surprises.
Which printing methods do you offer?
Offset printing for business stationery and brochures, media printing (flex, vinyl, backlight, UV and more) for large formats, sublimation for gifts and apparel, and photo framing.
How do I get a quote?
Add the services or products you need to your quote basket and send it to us on WhatsApp, email or through the quote form. We reply with pricing and timelines.
Can I upgrade or change my social media package?
Yes. Packages run month to month, so you can move between Starter, Growth and Advanced as your needs change.
Do you handle my social media accounts?
Yes. Handling is part of our social packages, including content planning, posting, captions and hashtags. Higher kits add strategy, reports and community management.
